Well its getting pretty scarey round here. Gusts 50-70 knots now and a Category 3 at times. We spent some time outside watching from the shelter but its becoming too dangerous now. We have run around and retrieved things that began to fly around, like the outdoor table and chairs, and moved everything down to ground level in the laundry. It was hard to stand up out there and got very wet and muddy from the debris blowing. Inside we can hear rain on the ceiling and see a dark patch so its coming in under the roof. Hope the ceiling stays up! We have moved everything from underneath. Rain and muck is blowing in under the door and louvre windows so many towels are now around everywhere. It will be dark in about an hour, so time to do what we need to before we cant see and are on candle light. No cup of tea tonight as using the gas bbq to heat the water is out of the question so a Jack Daniels it is! Hope everyone else is also safe and doing ok.
