Talofa everyone
We are on generator power at USP Campus and the Internet is working today so I have managed to upload my photos so far. These are of during and after the cyclone at Vaigaga, in Apia town and at USP Campus. You can also see some of the imaginative cooking we have been doing as we are "Cooking on Gas" on the BBQ so everything has to be either a 1 pot wonder or something we can whip up to toast on the hot plate! Had fun using up the perishable food when the freezer thawed out and was impressed with what we produced. As you can see we have not gone hungry and are probably eating better than ever! We also still have a few of Latika's rum balls left that are of usual potency so they are keeping us going!!
