Tell me one thing, I plan to start a video library in Samoa, original discs copied @ 5 for three dollars. Do you think it will work? Another thing, what are the current rates like and are there any anti piracy laws?
Hi Derick. You are probably asking the wrong person as i am a librarian so need to remind you of copyright law! I can tell you your idea is not unique and recently someone was put in prison for doing something similar. There are laws here and they are beginning to be enforced so I would say it's a no go!
